Jazemene is a force in the world of healing—a woman who didn’t just study transformation, she embodied it. Long before she became a highly certified life coach and wellness practitioner, she was her own first client… navigating life with a rare blend of intuition, intellect, and spiritual depth that she couldn’t yet put into words. Over time, she realized that her ability to see people—their wounds, their potential, and the truth they hide from themselves—wasn’t random. It was a calling.
Her journey began with a deep fascination for the human mind. She studied Psychology with a focus in Sociology, mastering the science behind emotional development, behavior, and social patterns. But while the classroom gave her the foundation, her lived experiences gave her the wisdom. She walked through heartbreak, reinvention, identity shifts, and moments of divine awakening that refined her purpose: to help others remember who they really are beneath the pain.
Today, she is a Certified Life Coach, Mindfulness Coach, Mental Wellness Practitioner, Inner Child Healing Facilitator, Trauma-Informed Somatic Life Coach, Corporate Wellness Trainer, Relationship & Divorce Recovery Coach, Holistic Wellness Coach, and Certified Alternative Healing Practitioner. She blends somatic work, emotional intelligence, spiritual grounding, and psychological strategy into a signature approach that feels both ancient and innovative.
Her clients describe her as “the breakthrough before the breakthrough”—the one who sees the version of you that your trauma taught you to forget. Through her programs, workshops, and coaching experiences, she helps people heal deeply, rebuild confidence, reconnect with their inner child, and reclaim their peace. She teaches with compassion but leads with truth. She holds space like a healer and strategizes like a psychologist. She brings softness, clarity, and accountability in the same breath.
But what truly sets her apart is her commitment to breaking generational cycles—not just in her own family, but across entire communities. Her work is rooted in liberation, emotional freedom, and spiritual restoration. She’s devoted to building sacred spaces—online, in her garden, and throughout her Made to Heal ecosystem—where people can breathe differently, think differently, and become differently.
Her mission is simple yet revolutionary:
To become one of the greatest life coaches of her generation by empowering others to heal, rise, and return to themselves.
And she’s doing exactly that.
One soul, one story, and one breakthrough at a time.
